Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. Farmstore orders are via the web only. At the present time Farmstore orders cannot be placed via phone or in person at the store. If you have questions please email us at store@nynaturals.com.
Guarantee/Returns
The NYN Farmstore is offered as a convenience to our customers and a benefit to local area producers. Produce and meat needs to be as fresh as possible, so we are providing a direct link to the producer at no added cost. Your entire payment goes to the producer. If you buy 1 pound of fish for $5, the fisherman gets $5. We even pay for the credit card fees. We're not sure we'll be able to continue indefinitely with this particular business model, but we figure keeping our regular customers happy is good for business in the long run. In addition, we can't get refunds from the farmers or make returns. Given the situation, we try to limit refunds. The main way we do this is to only pick the best quality from the farmer's markets we go to. If we can't get good quality items we don't buy. Note: we don't guarantee that we'll be able to fill your order. The price for any items we are unable to obtain will be refunded promptly. The second way we try to guarantee that you get only good quality is to have a strict pickup policy. If you don't opt for delivery (see below) you must pick up your order by the end of the day after the delivery to the store. So if your order is for delivery to the store on Sat, you need to pick it up by the end of Sunday. If you don't pick it up on time, it won't be fresh and you won't be happy and we won't be happy.
We do want to be sure that you're happy with your order. If you receive your order on time, and let us know as soon as you get it that you are not satisfied with it, we will provide a full refund.

Delivery Time
Delivery is to the store by 12 Noon on Saturday.
Shipping
Items can be picked up from the store on Saturday after 12 noon. We have free delivery to the local neighborhood for phone orders, but not for Farmstore orders. However, if you make phone order (for other items in the shop) we can deliver your Farmstore purchase at the same time. The are no other delivery options than store pickup and delivery by us to the local neighborhood (call us if you aren't sure if you're close enough for free delivery). For example, we don't ship Farmstore items via UPS. No Minimum Order Requirement!
